Firstly, login into your Viola Black current account and lock your card. You can then order a new card by contacting our Customer Service team on +44 (0)2080 368815. Each replacement physical card will cost £2.50. Secondly, please check your transaction history, if there are any suspicious transactions that you have not made, please contact customer services on: +44 (0)2080 368815.
